Information for Presenters
Presentation Time
- The time allotted for each presentation will be 20 min. (15 min. presentation and 5 min. discussion)
- To ensure the smooth progress of the conference, please keep strictly to your allotted presentation time.
Equipment
- A Windows laptop computer for common use will be available for your presentations in the conference room.
- Please bring your presentation data saved to a USB storage device.
- We request that presenters upload their files to the laptop before the start of their session.
Paperless Conference
In order to facilitate efficient conference management and document handling, the host encourages the use of electronic documents during the conference. Electronic copies of the conference documents will be available online. Further details will be announced on this page as they become available.

Please note that on June 28, only name badges will be distributed at the registration desk.
Congress kits will be available from June 29 at the registration desk located in the conference venue.
Congress Kits
- Congress kits, including name badges, will be distributed at the registration desk.
- At the registration desk at the Welcome Reception venue on June 28, only name badges and a congress kit exchange voucher will be provided. Please present this voucher at the registration desk in the conference venue on or after June 29 to receive your congress kit.
Wi-Fi Access
- Eduroam is available throughout the conference venue.
- Participants who do not have access to Eduroam are kindly requested to use the guest Wi-Fi network. Access information will be posted at the venue.
Cloakroom
- No cloakroom is available.
Personal Water Bottles
- As the weather in Japan during this season can be hot and humid, participants are strongly encouraged to stay well hydrated by drinking fluids regularly.
- In support of environmental sustainability, we kindly ask all participants to bring and use their own reusable water bottles whenever possible.
